In all it consists of a large loft with living area, dining area and kitchenette, and a sleeping area with a double bed. The apartment has an independent bathroom. The apartment has a suggestive balcony overlooking Piazza Sannazzaro. A few meters away is the Municipio Metro station, Piazza Municipio, Piazza Plebiscito, Via Roma, the Spagnoli districts, the beverello pier, the Maschio Angioino and the ancient center of the city. It is easy to reach by car and there are many parking lots (for a fee).

Excellent location, very close to the Mergellina metro. Area equipped with all services and very busy, especially in the evening, despite this the house is quite quiet. Comfortable, renovated and comfortable apartment.
